This is the first course for all DRA Members, it introduces you to who we are, what we do (and have done) and how we do it.
It is updated periodically and will contain new information and processes. We will communicate when new versions are created, but it will be up to you to remain up to date.
Future Leaders Course
This course is designed to stimulate individual thought, reflection and inquiry into the concepts that underpin leadership ("Leadership is act of influencing individuals or groups to increase their discretionary effort towards completing a specific objective").

This course is blended learning and is run for a selected cohort after a training course application process and will be advertised when available.
